We have begun our re-registration weekends! Everyone is invited to stop by the Life Centerr after any Mass in October to re-register, get your photo taken, and receive a small gift from Our Lady!

Why are we doing a re-registration?

Over time, our database has gotten out of date and filled with information we know is no longer correct. This makes it very difficult for we the staff of Our Lady to be able to serve you and help with your needs, whether they are spiritual or otherwise. Our goal is to clean up our database with information we know is accurate so that we may better serve you to the best of our ability! 

Who needs to re-register?

In short, everyone! Even if you just registered within the past month, we would love for you to come double check your information and fill in anything that may be missing. We also have a small gift for you! We will wipe clean all former parish registrations, so please plan to participate.

You mentioned photos… Do I have to get my photo taken? 

Think of it like your doctor’s office… Having a photo on file helps us to recognize you and be able to serve you better. We know that lots of people don’t love to have their photos taken, but our goal really is to be able to help you. Our plan is to get both a group family photo and individual photos of each person for your digital profile in our database. 

At a later point, we will look into doing a public parish directory, and at that time we will give people the option to use the photo we take now for the re-registration effort, or to take a completely new photo (or to opt out of the public directory). Please humor us for now and get your photo taken for our database!

Okay, so what do I need to do? 

There are just a few short steps to our parish re-registration! 

1. Fill out the form!
   
   You can do this online, in-person, or you can take home a paper copy to fill out and turn back in later.
   
   If you want to see what we have on file, we have copies of everyone’s Diocesan census printed out. These will be available to review after every weekend Mass in October, and can serve as a great reference when filling out your new form. We also will have staff and volunteers available to help assist you or answer any questions.

2. Get your photo taken
   Again, we will be available to take photos in the Life Center after every weekend Mass, all throughout the month of October. 

3. Pick up your gift!
   Enjoy a small token of our gratitude for helping us with this effort.
