Each platform has its own deadlines, see below. Due to volume, late forms cannot be accepted. Please note: submission is only given priority 2 weeks before the event/start date.
If you ONLY need your submission placed in the bulletin, please use the “Bulletin Only” form. If you need your announcement placed anywhere else (whether in addition to the bulletin or without it), please use the “Marketing Request” form.
Submission Deadlines
BULLETIN
Publication dates are based on the SUNDAY of publication. Submission deadline is Thursday at noon, the week before the requested publishing date. Submission is only given priority 2 weeks before the event/start date.
EMAIL NEWSLETTER INCLUSION
Each week, we send out an email to our entire list that contains the most pertinent information and events for the coming week. Usually, this email is sent out on Fridays or Saturdays. Submission deadline is Monday at noon,, the week of the requested publishing date. Submissions are only given priority for inclusion 2 weeks before the event/start date.
GATHERING SPACE MONITORS
The slideshow is updated once a week, on Wednesdays. Submission deadline is Wednesday at noon, the week before you’d like your announcement displayed. Once added, announcements will be displayed until the event is passed.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Our Parish currently has active accounts on Facebook and Instagram. Submission deadline is 2 weeks before requested publishing date.
WEBSITE
Our website has comprehensive information about all of our ministries, a listing of upcoming events, resources, announcements, and more. Submission deadline for all information to be added to our website is one week before the requested publication date.
MASS ANNOUNCEMENT
The list of announcements will be kept to the top 2-3 most relevant submissions for the week. Submission deadline is Thursday at noon, the week before the requested announcement date.
OTHER PROJECTS
If you have an idea or need for another type of communication, (print, video, etc.) please fill out the Marketing Request form. I am happy to work with you and provide guidance on the best way(s) to reach your intended audience!
