Offertory/Weekly Giving
Perhaps the most traditional way to support our church community, sign up to receive envelopes to place in the collection basket each week at Mass. Or you may sign up to donate securely online.
Kroger Community Rewards
Do you shop at Kroger? Community Rewards makes fundraising easy by donating to local organizations based on the shopping you do everyday. Once you link your card to an organization, all you have to do is shop our store and swipe your Shopper's Card!
Link your card to Our Lady of Perpetual Help:
Create a digital account to begin your participation in the Kroger Community Rewards at www.kroger.com.
- Don't have a Kroger shoppers card? - Pickup a Kroger shopper card at the Customer Service desk at your next visit.

After you have created your account, sign into your Kroger account.
On the search field enter Our Lady of Perpetual Help GC or use our Organization Code: ED436
Click Enroll, and then Save - You are now ready to earn community rewards with us! It will take 7-10 days to process
You will begin to see "You requested Kroger to donate to Our Lady of Perpetual Help - GC" on your receipts.
Transactions using the Kroger Shoppers Card will be applied to us at no additional cost to you! This does not effect any of your other rewards earned through Kroger such as fuel. "Kroger donates annually to participating organizations based on your percentage of spending as it relates to the total spending associated with all participating Kroger Community Rewards organizations" as stated by Kroger.
"Eligible Purchases shall consist of those retail purchases made at any Columbus Division Kroger Food Store by an Eligible Participant who presents a Kroger Plus Card at the time of purchase. If the card is not presented during a transaction, your organization's account will not be credited. Purchase of Alcohol, Tobacco, Government Assisted Pharmacy Expenses, Postage Stamps, Kroger Co. Family of Stores Gift Cards, Green Dot Prepaid Reloadable Products, MoneyPaks, 1-2-3 Rewards Reloadable Visa PrePaid Debit Card, Recharge Cards, American Express, Variable Load Gift Cards, Visa Variable Load Gift Cards, MasterCard Variable Load Gift Cards, Bottle Deposits, Lottery and Promotional tickets, Money Orders, Western Union, Fuel, and Sales Tax are excluded from eligible purchases. Eligible pharmacy purchases include out of pocket co-pays for non-government assisted pharmacy programs. " as stated by Kroger.
The quarterly donations schedule is:
Quarter 1: May 1 – July 31
Quarter 2: August 1 – October 31
Quarter 3: November 1 – January 31
Quarter 4: February 1 – April 30
If you would like to have your rewards credit to a specific family tuition account, you MUST print off your quarterly amount and turn it into the Scrip/Kroger coordinator. You can email your Kroger statements to [email protected]. Please note on your remittance your student's name, grade & class!
All rewards will accumulate & be credited towards the August 2023 school year tuition at Our Lady of Perpetual Help
If you do not have a specific family tuition account, you may still donate your rewards. Just register your card as detailed above. Your donation will be automatically split equally between Guardian Angel, PTO, SPICE, PSR, & Athletics.
